A 26-year-old man was killed in a crash at Brooklyn
According to BROOKLYN report – On Monday afternoon, a crash occurred in Brooklyn that resulted in the death of a 26-year-old man.
Andrew Shane Baker of Dayville was the victim, according to state police.
Baker’s car contained a passenger who was gravely hurt.
The second car’s driver also sustained critical wounds.
According to the police, Baker’s car was traveling eastbound on Route 6 in Killingly.
They said that the second driver was on Route 6 heading west when he entered the eastbound lane by over the double yellow line. Just before 5 o’clock, the second driver’s car collided head-on with Baker’s on Providence Road in Brooklyn. Baker’s injuries were fatal.
Both cars were severely damaged and had to be taken away.
Investigations into the collision were still ongoing as of Tuesday morning.
