The victims of a double-fatality car accident on Saturday night in Suffolk County have been identified as Delanie Fekert of Floral Park, New York, and Urashi Mandani of North Andover, Massachusetts.

Both Fekert and Mandani, both 25 years old, perished in a three-vehicle ridesharing incident in Boston on Saturday night involving a tow truck.

Fekert and Mandani were reportedly riding in a Lexus SUV driven by a 53-year-old male rideshare driver from Revere on Saturday night when the car mysteriously slowed down on Interstate 93. The tow truck then rear-ended the automobile. The tow vehicle was then rear-ended by a Honda Civic.

At the scene of the collision, Fekert and Mandani, who were trapped in the Lexus, were declared dead.

The Lexus’s driver was taken to a local hospital with critical but unidentified injuries.

The driver of the tow truck from Salem and the woman driving the Honda from Manchester escaped the collision unharmed.
