Kres passed away at the age of 56
In 1966, Kres was born in ód. His two fantasy cycles, Hell and épée (a dark fantasy set in an alternate 17th century with demons and beings older than Satan himself), and Ksiga caoci (The Book of Entirety), which takes place in a world called Szerer where intelligence was given to cats and vultures in addition to humans, became his two most well-known works. Spanish, Czech, and Russian translations of his writings exist.
He maintained a young authors’ guide for numerous years in the publications Fenix, Magia I Miecz, and Science Fiction.
