The victim of a deadly bicycle-versus-vehicle collision that happened in James City County on Friday night has been identified as Jule Donnis Smith, a 52 year old man of Toano, Virginia.
Jule Donnis Smith lost his life while bicycling in Toano on Friday night.
Around 9 p.m. on Friday, the James City County Police reported that first responders had been called to a bicycle accident involving a vehicle on Richmond Road near Barhamsville Road in Toano. Smith was discovered when they got there with wounds from being hit by a Ford pickup truck.
Smith was declared dead right after following the crash.
