The person killed in a deadly motorcycle accident that occurred in Madison County on Tuesday morning has been identified as Nicholas Brandon Waggener of Hazel Green, Alabama.
Tuesday morning near New Market, a single-vehicle motorcycle accident claimed the life of Nick Waggener, 25.
Waggener reportedly was on a motorcycle on New Market Road near Butler Road in New Market when, for an unspecified reason, the motorcycle off the road and collided with a fence.
Waggener was taken to a local hospital, where doctors later declared him dead from blunt force trauma.
