Sandra Margaret Baisley Death – On Saturday, October 15th, Sandra Margaret Baisley, 56, passed away peacefully at home in the company of her devoted family. 39-year-old Russell Richardson’s beloved companion and friend, as well as Stephen’s (Donelle Martin) and Alyssa’s, adoring mother (Ian MacLaughlin).

Sister Gail Baisley (Jimmy Breau) of Miramichi and brothers Dana Baisley (Dee Stewart) of Calgary, Alberta, are cherished and still alive. Donnie Stewart of Miramichi, Lee Baisley of St. John, Todd Baisley of St. John, Susan Gifford Baisley, and sister-in-law. Along with her devoted family at Easy Home, she also leaves behind a large number of wonderful cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Sandra’s parents Leonard and Alva (Stewart) Baisley, sister Rosalie Baisley, and little nephew Jake Baisley all predeceased her.

The family especially wants to thank Miramichi’s Extra-Mural, Kari and Rick Bryenton, Trudy Baisley and Donelle Martin, as well as other friends and relatives who took such good care of Sandra.

There won’t be any visitation, as requested by the family.

Father Dan Melanson will preside over the funeral service on Thursday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Davidson’s Funeral Home.

In Sevogle’s St. James Roman Catholic Cemetery, there will be a burial after.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, you perform an act of kindness: grinning, hugging your kids, and telling people around you that you love them. Sandra loved to paint, travel, take care of her pets, and, right up until the end, make people laugh and smile. She also celebrated Christmas every year to the fullest.

It would be appreciated if a memorial gift was given to The Josie Foundation, Salvation Army Christmas hampers, or a charity of one’s choosing.
