On May 24, 1966, Sandra Gayle Witten, P.A.-C., MPAS was born in Houston, Texas. She is the sister of Roy Jr. (Staci) Witten and the devoted mother of Stefanos, the child of Gayle and Roy Witten Sr. She completed oncology preceptorships at Beth Israel Hospital in New York and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston after receiving her bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Texas.
