Skyler On October 10, 2022, 13-year-old Alan Chapman died while engaging in his favorite activity. On October 19, 2008, in Catawba County, Brett and Chasity Chapman welcomed their first child, Skyler. He attended Millersville Christian Academy and attended Millersville Baptist Church. With his pals, Skyler cherished playing and riding dirt motorcycles. He loved his cows, chickens, trucks, tractors, and being on the farm. He was a true farm boy. Skyler loves playing baseball and coming to KOZ.
His paternal grandfather Alan Chapman, maternal grandfather Alton Smoot, and paternal great-grandparents Joe and Rosa Rhyne all passed away before him.

On Saturday, October 15, 2022, there will be a viewing at Millersville Baptist Church from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at Millersville Baptist Church on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at 3:00 pm. There will afterwards be a graveside ceremony at Liledoun Baptist Church Cemetery. Following the burial service, the family will be served dinner in the fellowship hall of Liledoun Baptist Church. Reverends Brian Kerley, Bill Orren, and The official will be Kyle Chapman. Pallbearers will be Joshua Rhyne, Britten Stafford, Cody Oxentine, Eli Sikes, Caleb Kingery, and Dale Costner. Honorary pallbearers will be Brooks Stafford, Brent Oxentine, Mason Arthur, and Clay Oxentine.
