Thelma Wells has more than 30 years of experience speaking to businesses all over the world, including IBM, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Internal Revenue Service, Baylor Hospital, Coldwater Federal Penitentiary, the University of Michigan, the American Association of Christian Counselors, The House of Hope, Lutons Bank in the UK, The Electricity Supply Company of Dublin, Ireland, and the University of Oxford in the UK.
She has spoken at conferences sponsored by groups like Women of Faith, Extraordinary Women, Christian Women in Media, and countless other women’s clubs, workshops, and conferences, inspiring thousands of women all across the country. Despite being in her 70s now (and yet feeling and looking terrific), she never stops! She earned her master’s degree in divinity in 2001 from Evansville, Indiana’s Masters International School of Divinity. After getting an honorary Doctorate from St. Thomas Christian School and Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida, she was then ordained in 2006.
She broadcasts every Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. Eastern/10:30 a.m. Central on NRB Channel 378 on Direct TV. Through conversation and instruction, this program gives a novel viewpoint on contemporary challenges affecting women.

George Wells, Thelma’s dearest friend, confidant, and supporter, has been her husband for more than 50 years. The couple has three children, nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. They live in Dallas, Texas.
