Theresa A. Flynn, 64, of Milan, Illinois, passed away at UnityPoint-Trinity in Rock Island on March 16, 2022.
On March 19, there will be a visitation from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory in Milan, located at 201 E. 4th Ave. In Camp Point, Illinois’ Evergreen Cemetery, a private funeral will be held.
Theresa Wilson, a daughter of William and Shirley Wilson, was born on May 30, 1957, in Rock Island, Illinois. On June 17, 1989, she wed Larry D. Flynn in Edgington, Illinois.
She worked for many years as a certified Nurse’s Aide at St. Anthony’s Care Center in Rock Island and other nursing homes in the neighborhood.
She is survived by her siblings Patty (Gary) Buckwalter, Karen (Allan) Connell, John (Jill) Wilson, Mary Wilson, Joe (Annie) Wilson, Kathleen (Paul) Baughman, and Matthew Wilson, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She also leaves behind her children Dawn Gray and Glenn Gray (and fiancée Amanda Martensen) and grandchildren Darrius Gray, Daysia Gray, Tyler Mathis, Dillon Gray
Theresa’s husband Larry, parents William and Shirley, two brothers, Willie Wilson and David Wilson, as well as two sisters predeceased her.
